Tammy, this is fabulous - I just struggle when using designer paper and you make it look stunning. Love the gems on the icing - great idea (I just might be lifting that idea)!

Love the bling you used on the cupcake. They look great on a card but on a real cupcake be careful.... those little silver balls are real tooth breakers! That would be a Bugaboo boo-boo! TFS
